Assessment/ Consultation (30 minutes)

This introductory consultation is designed to evaluate your needs and determine appropriate OPH program placement.

This fee is waved if a pilates program is booked at the end of this appointment

Introductory Private Package

A one-time option to learn the foundational principles of pilates. This 5 session package is highly recommended as an excellent starting point for everyone most especially those with a history of back pain and/or postural difficulties.
Fee: $320.00

Private Pilates Instruction

Experience the incredible benefits of pilates one-on-one. Every session is designed with your personal goals in mind and draws from the complete pilates repertoire including mat work and the use of specialized pilates equipment.

Fee: $73.00 or $650.00 per package of 10

Semi-private Pilates Instruction

Work out with a friend. For best results individuals should have similar goals and abilities.

Fee: $375.00 per person per package of 10



Small Group Classes

Pilates training is based on the safe, effective layering of knowledge and ability, starting with the foundational principles in introductory level programs and building from there. OPH currently offers Introductory through Advanced Instructor-led groups in Mat, Reformer and Combinations (mat plus props and/or equipment)

Levels offered: Introductory, Essential (1), Intermediate (2), Advanced (3)

You are welcome to join a regularly scheduled group or coordinate your own through the Studio Director.


Learn the principles of pilates exercise. Target the back and abdominal muscles. Achieve greater mind-body awareness; core stability and balance; flatter abdominals and better posture; improved flexibility, agility and mobility.

Mat with Props

A wonderful variation on Mat work…creating greater balance, stability and strength by using STOTT PILATES props including the Fitness Circle, Therabands, foam roller and stability balls.

Prerequisite: Mat Intro or approval from Studio Director

A progressive and challenging total body workout performed on individual STOTT Reformers. Designed to improve abdominal strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and posture.

Levels offered: Introductory, Essential (1), Intermediate (2), Advanced (3)
Maximum 4 participants per group
Fee: $24.00 per person per class

Combo Class

A powerful, effective workout that combines mat work and STOTT PILATES apparatus (reformer, ladder barrel, stability chair, Cadillac, BOSU)

Prerequisite: Mat and/or Reformer experience or approval from Studio Director
Maximum 4 participants per group

Sport Specific

Whether you are a weekend warrior or a competitive athlete, pilates is a dynamic way to make you more efficient, effective and keep you injury free. Enhance your sport specific athletic needs with this highly specialized program. Flexibility, strength, balance, agility, mental concentration and focus are all addressed. Register with your friends as a group, or leave your name with the Studio Director to create a group. The options are limitless.

Prerequisite: participants must be from same or closely related sports.
Maximum 4 participants per group
Fee: $25 per person per class
